Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber
Green Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Green Onions/Spring Onions or Scallions (including tops and bulb)
Feta Cheese
Black Olives
Dried Oregano
Olive Oil
1. Prepare by slicing pepper into medium strips. Cut the tomatoes nto quarters and remove centres. Take skin of the cucumber and chop roughly. Chop the spring onion. Cut and dice the feat cheese. 

2. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, and spring onions, into a bowl. 

3. Add the olives, diced feta cheese into the bowl. Top with dried oregano and pour over the olive oil and mix thoroughly.
