Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, drained solids | |

Preparation
1. Drain tuna.
2. Thinly slice onion.
3. Slice avocado into cubes.
Cooking
1. Cook Basmati rice according to package directions. Remove from heat and place rice in a bowl.
2. Add the sliced onion, drained tuna and avocado to the rice.
3. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and salt (optional) and pepper to taste.
