Red Onion
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F)

2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (except the salad vegetables- tomatoes, lettuce and red onion), then place the mixture into a baking tray lined with foil

3. Bake for 50 minutes

4. To make the salad, combine the tomatoes, lettuce and red onion together

5. Serve the meatloaf alongside the salad
