Ingredients

Onion
Curry Powder
Cumin Powder
Garam Masala
Olive Oil
Chili Peppers
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Egg White(s)
Egg(s)

Preparation  
1. Dice the onion.   

2. Remove the seeds and chop chilies and tomato.  

3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. 

4. Add chopped tomatoes. 

Cooking  
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add the spices. 

2. Stir-fry for a few seconds.   

3. Add onion and chilies and strir-fry for a few seconds or until onions are soft.   

4. Add egg mixture. 

5. Cook until eggs are done.
