Ingredients

Seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
Syrups, maple
Margarine (80% fat without salt)
Table Salt

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (350 F) and line a baking tray with non-stick paper. 

2. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan then add the maple syrup and salt. 

3. Add in the sunflower seeds and combine well. 

4. Place the coated sunflower seeds onto the baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before eating.
