Almonds
Cashew Nuts
Pitted Dates
Lime Zest
Lime Juice
Desiccated Coconut
1. Place the almonds and cashews into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped

2. Add the dates, lime zest and lime juice and blend until the mixture begins to clump together

3. Using your hands, form small balls out of the mixture and roll in the desiccated coconut
