1. Place the chicken in a plastic bag and pound the chicken with a rolling pin into thin and even.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon pepper and lemon juice. Add the chicken to the mixture and coat well.
3. Place the chicken under the grill and grill for around 3 minutes each side until cooked. Remove and slice very thinly.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yoghurt, garlic and parsley.
5. Cut warm pita in half and make into pockets. Fill the pita with the chicken, onion, tomatoes and salad greens.
6. Serve the pita with the yoghurt dressing and extra salad on the side.
