Preparations
Peel the potatoes and cut into small chunks.

1. Boil some water in two separate saucepans. Add the potatoes to one saucepan and boil for 25 minutes. Add the broccoli and green beans to the other saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.

2. Heat the grill pan on a medium to high heat.
3. Coat the lamb in 1 tsp of olive oil and season with salt (optional) and pepper.
4. Grill the lamb for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. To make the mashed potato, drain the potatoes from the water, add the creme fraiche and a pinch of salt (optional) and pepper, then mash the potatoes.
6. Drain broccoli and green beans, and serve on a plate alongside the lamb and mashed potatoes.
