Ingredients

Kale
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Table Salt
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (356 F) and line a baking tray with non-stick paper. 
  
2. Wash and dry the kale then place into a bowl with the olive oil, garlic powder and salt. Massage until all the kale is coated in the oil and spices. 
  
3. Place the kale onto the baking tray and cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.
