Ingredients

Fish, Tuna, Liight, Canned in Water, Drained Solids
Parsley
Dried Red Chili
Lemon Juice
Garlic
Black Pepper
Ricotta Cheese (part skim milk)
Roasted Peppers (jarred)
Pasta Shells
Preparation
1. Roughly chopped parsley.

2. Remove seeds from chilli and chop.

3. Drain peppers and thinly slice.

Cooking
1. Cook pasta according to package directions or until al dente.

2. Drain the pasta and combine with tuna, peppers, parsley, chillies, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

3. Stir through ricotta and serve in a bowl.
