Chicken Thigh
Courgette (Zucchini)
Yellow Squash
Onion
Garlic
Hummus, commercial
Olive Oil
Paprika
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F)and grease a baking dish with 1 tsp of olive oil

2. In a bowl, combine the courgette, squash, onion, garlic, 2 tsp olive oil

3. Place all of the vegetables in the baking dish and lay the chicken on top

4. Spread the hummus evenly over the chicken and sprinkle with paprika

5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes
