Ingredients

Login Chicken Thigh
Login Courgette (Zucchini)
Login Yellow Squash
Login Onion
Login Garlic
Login Hummus, commercial
Login Olive Oil
Login Paprika

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C and grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp of olive oil
  2. In a bowl, combine the courgette, squash, onion, garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. Place all of the vegetables in the baking dish and lay the chicken on top
  4. Spread the hummus evenly over the chicken and sprinkle with paprika
  5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes
