Ingredients

Brown Rice (medium-grain)
Mixed Salad Leaves
Light Butter (unsalted)
Ground Black Pepper
Paprika
Dried Oregano
Parsley
Parmesan Cheese
Chicken Wing (with skin)
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).

2. Prepare a small baking pan and line with foil.

3. In a small bowl, combine grated cheese, oregano, parsley, paprika and salt and pepper.

Cooking
1. Melt butter in a a small skillet.

2. Dip each wings in melted butter, then roll in seasoning/spice mix.

3. Arrange wings in a foil-lined baking pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.

4. Cook the brown rice according to packet instructions.

5. Serve spicy wings with mixed salad greens and cooked brown rice.
