Oats
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Peanuts, without salt
Olive Oil
Honey
1. Start by blitzing the peanuts in a food processor, then add the olive oil and continue to blitz until a smooth butter is achieved

2. Scoop into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, mix to combine

3. Line a small baking tray with non-stick paper, then scoop in the mixture and pat down until fully spread evenly

4. Place in the fridge for at least an hour, then cut into bars or cubes
