Ingredients

Oats
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Walnuts
Honey
1. Add the oats, protein powder and 1 1/2 cups of water to a saucepan and stir whilst heating on 

2. the hob over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

3. Chop up the walnuts and stir into the oatmeal.

4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and drizzle over the honey.
