1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, then add the olive oil

2. Add the egg whites to the pan and cook for 2 minutes

3. Sprinkle the cheese onto the egg, then season with salt and pepper

4. Fold the egg in half then into quarters and place in between the slices of bread to make two sandwiches
