Ingredients

Banana(s)
Egg White(s)
Chia Seeds
Oats
Whey Protein Concentrate (80%)
Almond Milk
Water
Plain Yogurt (low fat)
Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries)
1. Mix all of the ingredients (except the yogurt and berries) together in a large bowl.

2. Leave the mixture to sit for 10 minutes.

3. Heat a medium sized non-stick pan (coat with cooking spray if desired) over a medium heat.

4. Pour a small amount of mixture onto the pan and leave to cook for 2 minutes before flipping over the pancake and cooking for a further 2 minutes. Repeat this until all the mixture has been used.

5. Serve on a plate. Top with the yogurt and berries.
