Pumpkin Seeds

Dried Cranberries
Soy Milk
Weider Vegan Protein (pea and rice)
1. Chop up the nuts into small pieces.

2. Put all the ingredients (except the milk and protein powder) into a bowl and combine.

3. Mix together the milk and protein powder in a shaker bottle or a container with a lid.

4. Pour the protein milk over the muesli and eat immediately.
