Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts
Coconut Oil
Lime
Ground Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Mixed Herbs
Water
1. Rinse and drain the sprouts. Cut in half. 

2. Add coconut oil pan and use low to medium heat. 

3. Add the sprouts to the pan. 

4. Squeeze the juice from lime over sprouts, coat in the mixed herbs and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally. 

5. Now add water and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes. 

6. When you notice that the sprouts are lightly browned, take off the heat and plate. 

7. Add grated parmesan cheese.
