Ingredients

Fish, Halibut, Atlantic and Pacific
Broccoli florets
Baby Spinach
Lemon Juice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and boil for 10 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

3. Season the fish with some black pepper and drizzle over lemon juice, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.

4. Lay the spinach out on the plate, serve the fish and broccoli on top.
