Ingredients

Fish, Halibut, Atlantic and Pacific
Broccoli florets
Carrot
Lemon Juice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Cut the carrot into slices. 

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the broccoli and carrots and boil for 10 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

4. Season the fish with some black pepper and drizzle over lemon juice, then wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes.

5. Serve the fish alongside the broccoli and carrots.
