1. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and broccoli and boil for 20 minutes, then drain using a sieve.
2. Heat a skillet over a medium heat. Add the olive oil followed by the spring onion and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, and then add the ground beef, a pinch of salt and pepper and fajita seasoning. Combine together. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
3. Serve the ground beef in a bowl or on a plate alongside the green beans and broccoli.
