Ingredients

Turkey Breast
Celery
Red Onion
Olive Oil
French Salad Dressing
Ground Turmeric
Peach(es)
Fresh Mint Leaves
Romaine Lettuce
Baby Spinach
Preparation
1. Finely slice celery and red onion 

2. Finely chop the mint. 

3. Shred romaine lettuce. 

4. Slice peach into quarters.

Cooking
1. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the turkey breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Then cut into slices. 

2. To make the salad, in a mixing bowl, add the turkey, celery, onion, peach, turmeric, mint, rest of olive oil and french dressing. Mix well to coat. 

3. Arrange the lettuce and spinach on a plate. 

4. Serve the turkey mixture on top of the spinach/lettuce.
