Ingredients

Lettuce, butterhead (includes boston and bibb types)
Peach(es)
Cilantro (Coriander) leaves
Lime Juice
Olive Oil
Honey
Prawns
Cooking Spray Olive Oil
1. Skewer prawns and spray with cooking spray, add salt and pepper to taste 
 
2. Skewer peach slices. 
 
3. Place the skewers on grill and cook for about three minutes on each side until cooked thoroughly. 
 
4. To make dressing, combine olive oil, lime juice, honey, cilantro, salt, and pepper. 
 
5. Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate, top leaves with peaches and prawns, and drizzle dressing over the top.
