Lemon Juice
Apple Cider Vinegar
Dijon Mustard (Whole Grain)
Black Pepper
Kale
Walnuts
Salt
Preparation
  1 Preheat grill 
  2 Rinse and peel kale leave from the stem. 
  3 Chop walnuts.
Cooking
  1 In a bowl, lightly coat the kale leaves with 1/4 tbsp of olive oil. 
  2 Evenly spread kale leaves and pear slices on the grill and cook 2-3 minutes each side. 
  3 Make the dressing in a small bowl, by mixing 1/4 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. 
  4 Serve the pear slices on the kale with the chopped walnuts, and drizzle with dressing.
