Ingredients

Fish, Halibut, Atlantic and Pacific
Olive Oil
Cherry Tomatoes
Parsley
Basil Leaves
Lemon
Preparation
1. Preheat grill. 
  
2. Chop parsley and basil. 

3. Cut lemon into wedges.

Cooking
1. Brush the fish with olive oil and salt (optional) and pepper to taste. 

2. Place the fish and tomatoes on a baking tray and grill the fish for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Tomatoes will be slightly charred. 

3. Serve with the tomatoes, fresh herbs on top of the fish, with a squeeze of lemon.
