Ingredients

Almond Butter
Weider Vegan Protein (pea and rice)
Apple(s)
Seeds, flaxseed
Baby Spinach
Coconut water
Mixed Nuts
1. Roughly chop apple and remove core. Use vanilla or plain flavour protein powder to your preference. 

2. Put all the ingredients along with some ice cubes in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Adjust timing for different consistency.
