Ingredients

Salmon, Atlantic, wild
Olive Oil
Butter (unsalted)
Spinach
Whipped Cream
Garlic
Black Pepper
Salt
Preparation
1.Preheat grill to high

2. Finely chop garlic

Cooking
1. Coat the salmon with olive oil and season with a few pinches of salt and pepper. Place under grill and cook for 5 minutes each side. 

2. Steam the spinach in a small amount of water (1/4-inch of water) for a few minutes until wilted. Drain well and set aside. 

3. Heat the cream and garlic in a skillet for a minute. Add the cooked spinach, and butter and mix to coat. Cook for a further minute. 

4. Serve the salmon on top of the spinach/cream mixture.
