Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Beans, Green French Style
Broccoli
Olive Oil
Mixed Herbs
Granulated garlic
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Coat the chicken in 1 tsp of olive oil, the garlic and herbs. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Boil some water in a saucepan. Add the green beans and broccoli and boil for 20 minutes, then drain using a sieve.

4. Serve the chicken on a plate alongside green beans and broccoli.
