Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Romaine Lettuce
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
Red Onion
Olive Oil
Mixed Herbs
Granulated garlic
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Coat the chicken in 1 tsp of olive oil, the garlic and herbs. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.

3. Serve the chicken on a plate alongside the lettuce, tomatoes and red onion. Drizzle over 1 tsp of olive oil.
