Preparation
Peel the sweet potato and chop into small chunks.

1. Boil some water in a medium size saucepan. Add the sweet potato chunks and boil for 25 minutes.

2. Boil some water in another saucepan and add the green beans. Boil for 20 minutes, then drain.
3. Heat the grill pan on a medium to high heat.
4. In a bowl, combine the garam masala, salt and pepper. Coat the lamb in 1 tsp of olive oil and the spice mix.
5. Grill the lamb for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
6. Drain the sweet potatoes, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mash using the back of a fork.
7. Serve the lamb on a plate alongside the sweet potato mash and green beans.
