Ingredients

Lamb Chop
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
Olive Oil
Garam Masala
1. Boil some water in a saucepan and add the green beans and broccoli. Boil for 20 minutes, then drain.

2. Heat the grill pan on a medium to high heat.

3. In a bowl, combine the garam masala, salt and pepper. Coat the lamb in 1 tsp of olive oil and the spice mix.

4. Grill the lamb for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

5. Serve the lamb on a plate alongside the green beans and broccoli.
