Ingredients

Chicken Breast
Olive Oil
Garam Masala
Baby Spinach
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Coat the chicken in 1 tsp of olive oil and the garam masala. Wrap in foil and place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.

3. Lay the spinach out on a plate. Cut the tomatoes into halves and place on top of the spinach. Serve the chicken on the side.
