Ingredients

Whole Wheat Tortillas
Hummus, commercial
Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Baby Rocket
Tuna Steak
Preparation
Chop tomato.

Cooking
1. Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan over medium heat. 

2. Rub a small amount of oil on the tuna fillets, cook them quickly until browned for 1 1/2 minutes on each side - you want the tuna still pink in the middle. Slice the tuna into thick slices. 

3. Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds in the microwave. Spread the warmed tortillas with hummus, add rocket leaves, sliced tomatoes and the sliced tuna fillet. 

4. Fold or roll the tortilla to serve.
