Baking Soda
Greek Yogurt (whole milk)

1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat

2. Combine the egg whites, almond milk, baking soda, and maple syrup in a shallow dish

3. Place each slice of bread in the egg mixture and turn over to saturate both sides

4. Place each slice onto the frying pan and cook until golden brown, then turn over and cook until golden brown on the other side

5. Serve on a plate with the yogurt and blueberries on top
