Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Whole Grain Bread
Cottage Cheese (1% fat)
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C (356 F)

2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, 1 tbsp of maple syrup, vanilla extract and a small amount of the cinnamon

3. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and thoroughly soak
In a large muffin tin, gently press one piece of bread into each cup, then place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes

4. In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the remaining maple syrup and cinnamon. Top each French toast bite with the mixture and serve warm
