Ingredients

Mixed Salad Leaves
Feta Cheese
mushrooms, portabella
Olive Oil
Preparation
1. Remove stems from mushrooms. 

2. Crumble feta cheese.

Cooking
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms stem side down and cook for 3 minutes. Turn and sprinkle the feta cheese over the mushrooms and continue to cook for a further 3 minutes. 

2. Serve immediately with the green mixed salad on the side.
