Ingredients

Desiccated Coconut
Roasted Coconut Chips
Slivered Almonds
Chia Seeds
Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water)
Ground Cinnamon
Strawberries
1. Roast the almonds in a frying pan using medium heat for 2 minutes. 

2. Add the chia seeds, cinnamon, and coconut chips (keep some of this back for later use) and desiccated coconut to a bowl with the roasted almonds. Mix thoroughly. 

3. Add coconut milk (or cream) and ½ cup hot water depending on preferred consistency. 

4. Add in the kept back coconut chips and leave for 5 minutes. 

5. Add fresh or frozen strawberries (raspberries, blueberries or other).
