Preparation
- Cut the chicken into thin slices
- Dice the onion
- Thinly slice the peppers
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the olive oil
- Add the chicken and onion to the frying pan and fry for 6-8 minutes, then set aside in a bowl
- Using the same frying pan add the egg whites with a pinch of salt (optional) and pepper and cook over a medium heat
- Flip the egg whites over and add the tomato sauce, peppers, onions, chicken and cheese, then reduce the heat to low
- Cook until the cheese has melted
