Preparation
- Dice the onion
- Thinly slice the peppers
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the olive oil
- Add the onion to the frying pan and fry for 2 minutes, then add the egg whites with a pinch of salt and pepper
- When the egg whites are firm, flip the egg whites over and add the tomato sauce, peppers and cheese, then reduce the heat to low
- Cook until the cheese has melted
