Ingredients

Egg White(s)
Sauce, Tomato, Low Sodium
Green Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Red Bell Pepper (capsicum)
Onion
Cheddar Cheese
Olive Oil
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into thin slices
  2. Dice the onion
  3. Thinly slice the peppers
Method
  1. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, then add the olive oil
  2. Add the chicken and onion to the frying pan and fry for 6-8 minutes, then set aside in a bowl
  3. Using the same frying pan add the egg whites with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook over a medium heat
  4. Flip the egg whites over and add the tomato sauce, peppers, onions, chicken and cheese, then reduce the heat to low
  5. Cook until the cheese has melted
