Avocado
Bacon (low sodium)
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F)

2. Cook the bacon to your liking in a frying pan, then cut into small pieces

3. Scoop a bit of the insides out of the avocado and set aside

4. Crack an egg into the avocado

5. Sprinkle pieces of the bacon on top

6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

7. Serve with the left over avocado
