Ingredients

Avocado
Bacon (low sodium)
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F)

2. Cook the bacon to your liking in a frying pan, then cut into small pieces

3. Cut open the avocado and scoop a bit of the insides out and set aside

4. Crack an egg into each side of the avocado

5. Sprinkle pieces of the bacon on top

6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

7. Serve with the left over avocado
