Ingredients

Garam Masala
Ground Turmeric
Tomato Puree
Green Chilli Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Milk (1% fat)
Cilantro (Coriander) leaves
Olive Oil
Egg(s)
Preparation
  1. Dice the onion and green chilies. 
  2. Crush garlic. 
  3. In a small bowl beat eggs and milk.

Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet and fry diced onion, chilies and crushed garlic. 
  2. Add tomato puree, turmeric and garam masala. Cook for about 2 minutes. 
  3. Add the beaten egg/milk mixture and cook until your desired consistency is achieved. 
  4. Serve with a garnish of chopped cilantro.
