Ingredients

Oats
Weider Vegan Protein (pea and rice)
Soy Milk
Almonds
Syrups, maple
Pitted Dates
1. Add the oats, milk and protein powder to a saucepan and stir whilst heating on the hob over a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add water if necessary.

2. Chop up the dates and almonds and stir into the oatmeal.

3. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and drizzle over the maple syrup.
