Creme Fraiche
Coconut Oil
Ground Black Pepper
Sea Salt
1. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and add salt and pepper and then beat well. 

2. Transfer the eggs into a frying pan, add coconut oil. Use low heat and stir constantly. 

3. Remove from the heat. Now add to the pan the crème fraiche and mix thoroughly. 

4. When happy with consistency transfer to plate.
