Ingredients

Salsa (mild)
Chicken Stock
Ground Turkey (fat free)
Romaine Lettuce
Sweetcorn
Avocado
Cucumber
Preparation
  1.   Tear or shred lettuce. 
  2.   Slice the avocado and cucumber.
Cooking
  1.   Place chicken stock in a frying pan over medium heat 
  2.   Add the turkey to the pan and cook thoroughly 
  3.   In a bowl, combine lettuce, corn, avocado, and cucumber and then add the cooked turkey. 
  4.   Spoon the salsa on top of the salad and serve.
