Coconut milk (liquid expressed from grated meat and water) | |

1. Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce and chilli powder until smooth.
3. Add cooked spaghetti, snow peas, cooked turkey, red pepper and coriander. Toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle the peanuts over the top before serving.
