New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Boil some water in a large saucepan. Slightly lower the heat and add the potatoes, broccoli and green beans. Boil for 30 minutes.

3. Wrap the cod fillet in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

4. Drain the potatoes, broccoli and green beans and serve on a plate alongside the cod fillet.
