Cod, Pacific
New Potatoes
Broccoli
Beans, Green French Style
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 C (392 F).

2. Boil some water in two large saucepans. Slightly lower the heat, and add the potatoes to one saucepan and boil for 30 minutes. Add the broccoli and green beans to the other saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.

3. Wrap the cod in foil and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

4. Drain the potatoes, broccoli and green beans and serve on a plate alongside the cod.
